The societal ills and imbalances that Living Waters sets out to resolve know no race, religious, social or economic boundaries, so Living Waters makes no distinction in the people it serves.  There are however certain criteria that beneficiaries need to meet in order to make use of some of the programs - these are set up by the Social Services Department.
