Income Generation Opportunities

This project is two fold, goods manufactured within the skills training program are sold through various outlets, the largest being Living Waters coffee shop, where a percentage of the sale is used to pay the craftsperson, and the second arm of this project being a business outsource centre.

The business outsource centre contacts to various local businesses, that require temporary labour, and offers vulnerable people  an income generating opportunity, in a sheltered environment.

The business outsource centre puts together a variety of industrial battery components, has packaged nappies and plugs and assisted at a local abrasives factory (a number of these were later employed there as permanent staff), and assisted a large multinational corporation with stock packing.

Living Waters coffee shop also offers a variety of catering options for functions around East London, such as snack platters, cakes, sweet or savoury tarts and meals.  If you are in the East London area please call 043 722 7096 or email us for a competitive quote.
